Ivy Asset Group is seeking a highly accomplished capital raising professional with a demonstrated track record of raising institutional and wealth-channel capital across private credit and alternative investments. The ideal candidate combines sophisticated investor relationships, deep industry knowledge, and an entrepreneurial mindset developed through helping emerging or middle-market firms scale assets under management.

This individual will play a critical role in expanding Ivy Asset Group's investor base across RIAs, family offices, pensions, endowments, insurance companies, and other institutional allocators seeking differentiated exposure to private credit and specialty finance strategies.

\n
• Minimum 10–15+ years of experience in capital raising, investor relations, business development, fundraising, or distribution within alternative investments.
\n
• Demonstrated success raising capital for:
\n
• Private Credit
\n
• Direct Lending
\n
• Asset-Based Finance
\n
• Specialty Finance
\n
• Private Equity
\n
• Real Estate Credit or Equity
\n
• Other institutional alternative asset classes
\n
• Experience working for firms that successfully grew from approximately $500 million to $5+ billion in AUM , participating directly in that growth trajectory.
\n
• Alternatively, experience at a larger established manager ($10+ billion AUM ) where the candidate developed meaningful institutional relationships and fundraising expertise that can be leveraged in a more entrepreneurial environment.
\n
• Strong understanding of fundraising dynamics across both institutional and private wealth distribution channels.
\n

The ideal candidate understands how different allocator groups evaluate private market opportunities and can navigate lengthy diligence, underwriting, and investment committee processes.

Existing relationships and market presence within the following regions are highly desirable:

• Texas

• Denver and Mountain West
\n
• Washington D.C. / Northern Virginia
\n
• Southeast
\n

Candidates with national institutional coverage and proven fundraising success across multiple regions will also be considered.

Successfully raised capital for an emerging or middle-market asset manager , rather than exclusively relying on the distribution capabilities and brand recognition of a large institutional platform.

The ideal candidate has demonstrated the ability to:

Experience at a larger, established alternative asset manager is also highly valuable, particularly if the candidate has distributed products to investors traditionally allocating to private market strategies through:

• Asset-Based Finance Strategies

The candidate should understand how institutional investors construct portfolios and where private credit fits within the broader allocation framework.
