As a Healthcare Recruiter, you’ll match dedicated clinicians with facilities that need their help most. This is more than a job, it’s an opportunity to make patient care stronger for communities everywhere.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Recruit More, Manage Less — We’ve got your back with dedicated compliance, onboarding, and payroll support behind you, you can focus on what you do best—building relationships, making placements, and growing your book of business. More recruiting, less busy work.

Deliver Standout Experiences — provide top‑tier service that turns first placements into long‑term partnerships.

Build Strong Relationships — connect with healthcare professionals through calls, texts, social, job boards, and referrals.

Be A Trusted Advisor — interview, screen, and guide clinicians toward roles aligned with their goals.

Own Your Business — build and manage a candidate pipeline to support hiring from start to finish.

Drive Results — bring grit, resilience, and a competitive edge to exceed monthly goals.

Champion Retention — maintain lasting clinician relationships through extensions and new opportunities .

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

-High School Diploma or GED.

-Successfully pass a background check.

-At least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales.

-A strong sense of urgency, ownership, and follow-through.

-Comfortable juggling multiple priorities, moving quickly, and maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment.

-You’re self-motivated and thrive in an autonomous role.

-You’re open to feedback, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.

-You’re comfortable using MS Office Suite, CRM/ATS systems, and multiple digital platforms.

Compensation Range:

Pay: $45,000 - $250,000+

Base Salary $45,000 + uncapped commission based on sales
