Job Title: Contract Moderator in Los Angeles Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Moderator to join our team in Los Angeles on a contract basis. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring online communities and forums, ensuring that all user-generated content follows our company's guidelines and policies. Responsibilities Monitor user-generated content on our online platforms to ensure it complies with our company's guidelines and policies Review reported content and take appropriate action, such as removing or editing content Engage with community members in a professional and respectful manner to resolve any issues or disputes Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for online community management Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to improve the overall user experience Requirements Previous experience as a Moderator or Community Manager in an online platform or forum Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong understanding of online community dynamics and best practices for moderation Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective policies Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) Salary: $1200 per month (USD) Visa & Travel Free visa will be provided by the company The selected candidate will be responsible for their own travel arrangements to Los Angeles If you have a passion for creating safe and engaging online communities, we would love to hear from you!
