Responsibilities Assist with organizing and coordinating events, activations, and promotional activities. Help prepare event materials, schedules, and on-site arrangements. Coordinate with team members to ensure activities run smoothly. Welcome attendees and provide information throughout events. Help maintain an organized, professional, and engaging event environment. Respond to on-site questions and help address unexpected challenges. Review event outcomes and share feedback to support future improvements. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment. Resourcefulness, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. Comfortable interacting with attendees and representing a company professionally.
