DxVxF>R = The winning Formula to succeed with change

I read this yesterday in a Book called Do Purpose by David Hieatt and though it is an amazing concept developed Richard Beckhard and David Gleicher. They say that

Three factors must be present for meaningful change to take place:

D=Dissatisfaction with how things are now

V= Vision of what is possible

F= First Concrete steps that can be taken towards the vision.

If the product of these three factors is bigger than R=Resistance, change is possible

I think this is an amazing concept, and to me it means you need to keep your eyes open at all times related to the products or services you offer. Basically three easy questions to be asked

1) How good is your offer and can it be improved

2) How could you make them better & what would be dreamland

3) What will you concretely do in the next 30, 60, 90 days to improve the situation

Once you have answered those you have a path to move forward on – so don’t wait, but get going. If you need help to get going you can always reach out to me – so no ifs, not buts and no excuses (as an old friend of mine used to say).
